Our gold is 22 Carats/Mozambique origin, from (Cabo Delgado’s Montepuez District) in a small village called Nairoto village and from other small scale local suppliers all over Mozambique. We have a capability of supplying 250Kg per month from different suppliers due to the unavailability of Enough Mining Equipment with our local miners. Our local miners/suppliers can have access to 1Ton every month if there is enough machineries, but due to the insurgents/rebels who makes the mining industry inflate. Currently our suppliers can have access to 60-65Kg per week.

Our Diamonds are Rough Diamonds which are collected from different suppliers around Mozambique, Namibia, Angola, South Africa and DRC-Congo. All transaction are conducted legally and recorded on Form: J(ii) with the Form D Invoice under the DIAMOND ACT, 1986 (SECTION 57) as stipulated by the law.
Buyer and Seller sign the FCO. Seller issues an invoice to the Buyer which indicates all the taxes, shipping costs and some other costs. The Buyer's representative makes arrangements to meet and inspect the goods physically if possible. The Buyer obtains a sample from the total consignment for laboratory testing purposes. After satsfactory inspection, the Buyer and the Seller share the costs of the governmment taxes and the shipping costs quoted on the proforma invoice to deliver the consignment to the appointed Buyer's agent under tight supervision provided by the government officials from the Ministry of minerals and energy for the safe sealing of the consignment. Seller only pays for the certificate of origin and insurance handling charges quoted on the proforma invoice due to the risks of shipping a consignment which is unpaid for. Then, the Buyer pays for the laboratory smelting charges, change of ownership and government royalties as quoted on the proforma invoice. Therefore, the Seller can take a risk to get paid once the consignment is fully tested and examined at any appointed refinery of his/her choice after the final essay report. Bank transfer is accepted on CIF/FOB/Cash and Carry.
CIF/Cash and Carry; CIF: On CIF procedure, the Buyer and the Seller share the shipping costs on the quoted proforma invoice without any upfront payment for the consignment, thereafter, the consignment gets to the Buyer's appointed refinery for final essay report. Cash and Carry: Once the Buyer and the Seller have reached an agreement whereby every party is satisfied, the Seller attachs all documents to the buyer or the Buyer's representative for the safe shipping procedure for the satisfaction of both parties to create a long-term business in the future.
